Libya LIES about Cease-Fire
Following a UN resolution and news that the UN was about to initiate a no-fly zone, Libya quickly announced a cease-fire. But according to a story in The Wall Street Journal today, Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's forces have NOT honored their own cease-fire: "Developments in Libya Friday suggest Col. Gadhafi's forces are still launching attacks." The question is, if Gaddafi is willing to lie to the world about his civil war operations, what else is he lying about? For years, geologists and economists have guessed that oil production numbers from Libya and other OPEC nations have been fudged. We don't know what kind of reserves Saudi Arabia really has, because they do not submit to independent audits. And today, the one thing that's for certain in the oil markets is uncertainty. That means substantial profits for companies with significant oil and gas potential. That's why we've just released a research report on two of the most promising small oil and gas exploration companies.
