Hi Share,

Here it is, your fifth lesson in the exclusive MarketClub email course -- "The Secrets of Professional Floor Traders":

Lesson 5 - Trending with Moving Averages

Moving averages are a simple way to gauge which direction the tide is flowing in any given market. They are not always right, but they do provide a wide variety of potentially powerful uses.

For example, using several moving averages together allows you to filter your trades. Another popular use is combining two moving averages in a cross-over method to obtain viable buy and sell signals.

However, there are also dangers involved that many novice traders fail to take into account. Set your timing too tight and you could take a real beating from false signals. Use the wrong timing in the wrong type of market and you'll get eaten alive by whipsaws...

The key lies in finding the timing that best suits your trading style and needs. In today's lesson I show you how to tap into all the upside moving averages have to offer you while avoiding the pitfalls.
